Project title: The aesthetic life of autonomy: aesthetic experience and autonomous personhood.

In my dissertation, I hope to revise two common, but misguided notions of (firstly) autonomy and (secondly) aesthetic experience. I hope to do so, moreover, in a way that one can see how they are related to each other.
