Project title: Social Media, "Sacred Umbrellas", and 'The Special Relationship' - American Evangelical Influences on British Believers.

An ethnographic study looking at how conservative evangelical Christians in Britain engage with and are influenced by American evangelical cultural products. Particularly interested in which aspects lose or gain significance as they cross 'the pond' and how these interact with and are affected by local contexts.

Supervised by Dr Anna Strhan and Professor Gordon Lynch
