As a core partner of the festival, CHASE is collaborating with the ICA to provide unique opportunities for students and staff to be part of the festival and engage with the filmmakers.

FoR 2018 takes place between 20-28 April and reflects the concept of ‘Landscape’ through the screening of groundbreaking international premieres; two programmes of short films; a collaboration with Radio Atlas and an academic symposium. The full programme can be found here.

In order to bring together an informal and interdisciplinary community of filmmakers, researchers, artists, activists and writers, the CHASE seminars and symposium are moments for reflection and dialogue on the intersections of art, society and environment. The events bring together perspectives from anthropology, philosophy, aesthetics, politics, film, geography, sociology, literature and environmental studies.
